ECO check list

You may qualify for a subsidy to help you to improve the energy-efficiency of your home if you meet certain criteria. Portsmouth City Council has developed this Checklist to help you to determine whether you are eligible.

Energy companies are legally required to provide funding for certain home energy improvements, particularly for low-income or vulnerable householders or hard-to-treat properties, under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO).

You are under no obligation to answer the questions below, but by doing so you will help us to ensure that you benefit from all of the funding available to you.
